The Rising Tide of Discovery

Unveiled in 2006, the Beaches Museum’s permanent exhibit has welcomed thousands of visitors over the years and has long been a foundational experience for the Beaches community. Here, local guests from Mayport to Palm Valley dig deeper into the history of their hometowns and visitors to the Beaches gain a deeper respect for the Beaches’ unique identity.

We know that museums have come a long way in the past twenty years and that our exhibit can be more engaging, interactive, and informative to our visitors. With your help, we can refine and construct a world class exhibit sure to enrich the community for generations to come.

Our goal is to unveil the new exhibit in time for the Museum’s 20th anniversary. We have been hard at work with our partners at Exhibit Concepts, Archivist Susan Gold, and our Exhibit Content Committee to create a brand new experience designed to engage, educate, and spark curiosity, but we need your help to cross the finish line in 2026.

Every gift, large or small, brings us closer to opening the doors of this groundbreaking exhibit. Join us in making a lasting impact.

• Naming Sponsor, $100,000: This level will be the naming opportunity for the new exhibit.  The Donor’s name will be featured prominently on the Donor Thank You Board and recognized as the presenter of the exhibit.
• Area Sponsor, $50,000: Donors at this level will have the opportunity to specifically sponsor one of the six areas of the exhibit.  The Donor’s name will be listed on the Donor Thank You Board and on signage within the exhibit.
• Wave Maker, $25,000: Wave Makers will be featured on the “Beacon of Generosity” Donor Thank You Board at the entrance to the exhibit.

All donors of $25,000 or more will be given a lifetime “San Pablo Society” membership.  This membership is the exclusive donor circle of the Beaches Museum.  A commemorative gift will also be presented at the exhibit opening.

• Neville Levels, $15,000, $10,000, $5,000: Named for the Museum’s mascot and exhibit tour guide, donors at these levels will be listed on the “Beacon of Generosity” Donor Thank You Board.  Specific naming opportunities within the exhibit will also be available.
