Ring the bell on the Polar Express

The Beaches Museum & History Park announces the arrival of Santa and the Polar Express steam locomotive at Pablo Station. The Polar Express continues Friday and Saturday.

Kids and kids at heart will enjoy visiting the Beaches Museum’s own “Polar Express”. The historic and iconic 1911 steam locomotive will be decked out for the holidays and kids will be welcome to visit with the Conductor and Santa Claus at the “North Jacksonville Beach Pole” as they visit the train.

During the free event, children will be able to meet Santa and the Conductor on a real steam engine and receive their own golden bell. Letters to Santa can be written and posted on the Polar Express. Santa will reply to each letter via email. Crafts, games, and refreshments will also be available. The event is free, but donations are encouraged to help support family events at the museum.

The hours are:

• Friday: 2 P.M. to 6 P.M.
• Saturday: 10 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
