The Beaches Museum along with the Lazzara Family Foundation presents Noel Freidline. A graduate of UNF in the music program, Freidline has led the Noel Freidline Quartet for 26 years. In 2018, Freidline released his eighth album “Old Devil Moon” which was a collaboration with vocalist Maria Howell.

Freidline was honored as the “Best Jazz Musician” by Charlotte Magazine in 2006 and won “Best Musical Director” by the Metrolina Theatre Association of the Carolinas. In May 2015, he was inducted into the Jacksonville Jazz Hall of Fame.

Beyond his jazz performance, Freidline has toured with the Broadway shows “Dream Girls”, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat”, “Les Miserables”, and “Wicked”. Freidline has opened for Tony Bennett, Kenny G, and Jennifer Holliday. He has also performed with lyricist Tim Rice from “Evita”, “The Lion King”, and “Aida”.

Chapel Concerts are held in the historic Beaches Museum Chapel. Shows start at 7:00 p.m., check in begins and refreshments are served at 6:00 p.m. Seats are first come, first serve.
